libpam-sss software package provides Pam module for the System Security Services Daemon, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpam-sss
libpam-sss is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpam-sss package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpam-sss *
You will get with libpam-sss package name, version, architecture and description in a table
